Our 2012 overhaul continues. The house is being decluttered and so are our finances.
We kissed our cable and home phone bye bye.
It was quite comical actually, telling the Comcast lady that we wanted to keep internet only.
"She said, you mean you're going without phone AND cable?"
"yep"
"May I ask why?"
Of course you may ask. The answer is simple. We're simplifying. By not having cable TV, we're saving money and I (the tv watcher of the family) am not tempted to watch tv when I should be doing other things that are more important.
So cheers to saving almost $500 smackers this year on cable and phone.
